The commissions due to Andara Ltd. for the publication of announcements for overnight stays are settled in individual contracts between Andara Ltd. and the respective natural or legal person.
The commissions due from the landlords and borrowers of Andara Ltd for properties published by Andara Ltd. on www.tarnovorent.com amount to 50.00% of the actual monthly rent, but not less than BGN 150.00. The commission is paid in full immediately prior to the signing of the lease.
The relations between natural and legal persons have published long-term real estate listings on www.tarnovorent.com and their prospective tenants are settled directly between them without the intervention and mediation of Andara Ltd., as they are not due in a real deal commissions to Andara Ltd.
